Earth Care Refund Process and Exit Interview Policy
Earth Care Rent A Tech provides this page to explain how refund and money-back guarantee requests are handled, what information may be requested, how prior exit-interview procedures worked, and what applicants are never required to do in exchange for a refund.
Refund eligibility depends on the terms and guarantee presented with the applicable purchase. This page is intended to explain the process clearly and does not reduce any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Current Refund Process
Earth Care reviews refund and money-back guarantee requests according to the policy presented with the applicable purchase. A requester may be asked to provide enough information to locate the correct account and transaction, such as their name, email address, telephone number, Pro ID, payment date, or proof of purchase.
Earth Care may also review relevant account records, including the application, payment confirmation, policy acknowledgment, platform access, onboarding activity, communications, and any guarantee conditions associated with the purchase.
Requesters are not required to provide unrelated personal information or perform unrelated tasks in order for Earth Care to identify and evaluate a request.
Are Exit Interviews Required?
Earth Care does not currently require an exit interview as a condition for submitting a refund or money-back guarantee request.
A requester may still be asked factual questions needed to locate the account, verify the transaction, understand what service was accessed, and determine whether the request qualifies under the applicable policy. These questions are part of the claim review and are not a testimonial or promotional interview.
Why Earth Care Previously Used Exit Interviews
Earth Care previously used an exit-interview process as part of certain applicant refund reviews. The purpose was to identify the purchaser, locate the original application and payment, understand whether the applicant had accessed the services included with the purchase, document the reason for leaving, and collect feedback about the onboarding process.
Earth Care understands that some former applicants experienced this process as lengthy, burdensome, or unrelated to the central question of refund eligibility. The process was reviewed and changed . Under the current procedure, Earth Care limits requests to information reasonably necessary to identify the transaction and evaluate the applicable refund or guarantee conditions.
What Earth Care May Ask You to Provide
Depending on the request, Earth Care may ask for:
-
The purchaser’s name and contact information
-
The RTP or Pro ID number
-
The payment date and amount
-
An order-confirmation email or redacted payment statement
-
The ZIP code, service categories, or travel radius listed on the application
-
Confirmation of which onboarding or platform resources were accessed
-
Information necessary to evaluate the conditions of an applicable written guarantee
-
A brief explanation of the issue or requested resolution
Requesters may redact unrelated transactions, account balances, and most account or card numbers from a statement. Earth Care does not require full card numbers, security codes, banking passwords, or online banking credentials.
What Earth Care Does Not Require
Earth Care does not require a requester to:
-
Record or publish a positive testimonial
-
Submit a five-star review
-
Make a false statement about their experience
-
Remove or change an honest negative review
-
Withdraw a complaint submitted to a government agency, review platform, or financial institution
-
Record a promotional video
-
Recruit another applicant
-
Complete humiliating, unrelated, or promotional tasks
-
Surrender rights that cannot legally be waived
-
Send a full card number, security code, bank password, or login credentials
A person’s refusal to provide a positive review, testimonial, or promotional statement will not be used as a reason to deny an otherwise eligible refund or guarantee claim.
Testimonials, Reviews, and Refund Requests
A refund request and a testimonial request are separate matters.
Earth Care may invite a customer or professional to provide voluntary feedback about their experience. The person may decline. Feedback does not have to be positive, and declining to provide a testimonial does not make an otherwise eligible refund request ineligible.
Earth Care does not authorize employees or representatives to write a testimonial for another person, tell a person to describe an experience that did not occur, or condition an available refund on publishing promotional content.
When Earth Care publishes a testimonial, it should reflect the person’s genuine experience. Minor editing for spelling, formatting, or length must not materially change what the person communicated.
Were Applicants Required to Record Fake Testimonials?
No. Earth Care’s exit-interview process was intended to collect account information and feedback, not to require a promotional testimonial. A person was not required to state that Earth Care provided work, earnings, or benefits that the person did not actually receive.
Earth Care recognizes that a request for recorded feedback can be misunderstood as a testimonial request. The current policy therefore distinguishes clearly between information needed to review a claim and optional feedback that may be used publicly only with the person’s authorization.

Are Exit Interviews Recorded?
Earth Care does not publish an exit-interview recording as a testimonial without separate authorization from the individual.
When a support or review call may be recorded, Earth Care provides any notice or obtains any consent required by applicable law. A recording collected for account administration or dispute documentation is not automatically permission to use the recording in advertising.
How Earth Care Determines Refund Eligibility
Transaction verification
Earth Care confirms the purchaser, payment, amount, date, and associated account.
Services and access provided
Earth Care reviews whether platform activation, onboarding, training, credential processing, account setup, or other purchased resources were provided or accessed.
Applicable guarantee conditions
When the purchase included a written money-back guarantee, Earth Care reviews whether the requester satisfied the eligibility conditions and deadlines stated in that guarantee.
Nonwaivable rights
Nothing in Earth Care’s policy limits a refund or remedy that must be provided under applicable law.

Include:
Full name
Email address
Telephone number
RTP/Pro ID number
Approximate payment date
Payment amount
Reason for the request
Requested resolution
Earth Care will confirm receipt of the request and explain any additional information reasonably needed to complete the review.
Decision Timeline and Communication
Earth Care generally acknowledges a complete request within 1-2 business days.
A decision is ordinarily provided within 30 business days after all reasonably necessary information has been received.
When more time is needed, Earth Care will explain what remains under review and provide an updated expected response date.
How to Dispute or Appeal a Decision
A requester who believes material information was overlooked may request a second review by submitting the original decision and identifying the record, policy term, or factual issue they believe should be reconsidered.
Requesting an internal review does not prevent a person from exercising rights available under applicable law.
Report a Concern About the Refund Process
Earth Care wants to know when a requester believes an employee or representative has asked for something inconsistent with this policy.
Report concerns involving:
-
Requests for false or positive testimonials
-
Requests to remove an honest review
-
Unrelated or humiliating tasks
-
Requests for sensitive banking credentials
-
Misrepresentation of refund eligibility
-
Excessive delays without an explanation
Submit the communication, screenshot, date, representative’s name if known, and your account information to legalteam@earthcarebrands.com
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Earth Care require a testimonial to request a refund?
No. A positive testimonial, review, or promotional statement is not required to submit a refund or guarantee request.
Will a negative review prevent my refund?
An honest negative review does not by itself determine whether a request is eligible. Eligibility is evaluated under the applicable purchase and guarantee terms.
Do I have to record a video?
No you do not its not part of the process
Why did Earth Care use exit interviews?
Earth Care previously used them to identify accounts, document reasons for leaving, evaluate access to purchased services, and collect process feedback. The company reviewed the procedure after concerns that it could be experienced as burdensome or unclear.
Can Earth Care use my interview as an advertisement?
Not merely because it was collected for account administration. Public testimonial use requires a genuine testimonial and any authorization or disclosure required for that use.
What happens if I decline optional feedback?
Declining optional feedback does not make an otherwise eligible claim ineligible.
