Paid Earth Care but Haven’t Received Work or a Response?

If you paid an Earth Care Rent A Tech onboarding or platform-activation fee but have not received your next steps, cannot access the platform or believe a message went unanswered, we want to help resolve the issue.

Paying Earth Care does not purchase a guaranteed job or employment. However, paid applicants should receive access to the applicable onboarding process, platform resources and support included with their purchase.

Do not make another payment just to obtain assistance. Use the steps below to verify your account, continue onboarding or request a review.

  • Your full name

  • The email address used when applying

  • The telephone number on your application

For your security, do not send your complete debit card, credit card, bank account or Social Security number by email.

What Should Happen After You Pay?

The Earth Care process generally includes the following steps:

1. Payment confirmation

You should receive confirmation of your onboarding or platform-activation purchase.

2. Onboarding instructions

You will be directed to the remaining application, orientation, training, certification or profile-activation requirements that apply to your account.

3. Profile completion

You must provide accurate information about your experience, skills, location, travel area, availability and contact information.

4. Account activation

After the required onboarding steps are completed, your account can become eligible for applicable Earth Care opportunity channels and platform resources.

5. Opportunity review

Available opportunities may be identified based on your service categories, qualifications, location, travel area, customer demand and availability.

Completing a payment alone does not complete every onboarding requirement. If you are unsure which step remains unfinished, contact Earth Care for an account-status review.

What Does the Earth Care Fee Cover?

Earth Care’s one-time fee may cover services and resources such as:

  • Application and account processing

  • Platform setup and activation

  • Orientation and onboarding resources

  • Profile and credential processing

  • Training and S.A.F.E.T.E.C.H. resources

  • Access to applicable contractor opportunity channels

  • Professional platform tools and resources

  • Ongoing platform access under the applicable program terms

The fee is not a payment to purchase a particular customer, assignment or guaranteed job.

Earth Care operates as an independent-contractor marketplace and opportunity network. Earth Care pros are not purchasing W-2 employment, guaranteed hours, a salary or a reserved assignment.

What Should I Do If I Paid but Did Not Receive the Next Step?

First, check:

  • Your email inbox

  • Spam and junk folders

  • Promotions or filtered-email folders

  • Text messages and missed calls

  • Whether the email and telephone number on your application are correct

Search your email for messages containing “Earth Care,” “Rent A Tech,” “onboarding,” “orientation” or “S.A.F.E.T.E.C.H.”

If you still cannot locate your instructions, contact Earth Care at 833-736-8835 or hr@earthcarebrands.com.

Use the email subject:

PAID APPLICANT SUPPORT – YOUR FULL NAME AND ZIP CODE

Explain whether you need:

  • Payment confirmation

  • Your next onboarding step

  • Help accessing training

  • Profile activation

  • An account-status review

  • Opportunity assistance

  • A refund-guarantee review

Do not submit a second application or make another payment before Earth Care reviews your existing account.

What If I Completed Onboarding but Have Not Received Work?

Receiving access to Earth Care does not guarantee that a customer will hire or select a particular professional.

Opportunity availability may depend on:

  • Your city and service radius

  • Your selected skills

  • Your experience and qualifications

  • Customer demand

  • Your availability

  • The distance you are willing to travel

  • Whether your profile is complete

  • Whether you respond while an opportunity remains available

  • Whether the client accepts your availability and qualifications

  • Whether the customer changes, postpones or cancels the project

If you completed onboarding but have not received an opportunity, contact Earth Care and request that your profile, contact information, selected services and travel area be reviewed.

Earth Care’s 30-Day Opportunity Refund Review

Earth Care offers a refund review when no qualifying opportunities were available for an eligible applicant during the applicant’s initial 30-day period.

The review is based on:

  • The service categories selected on the original application

  • The applicant’s location

  • The original travel area

  • Applicable qualifications

  • Qualifying opportunities available during the initial 30-day period

Qualifying opportunities may include relevant Earth Care work orders and qualifying third-party opportunity postings that reasonably match the applicant’s original skills, location and travel area.

If Earth Care determines that no qualifying opportunities were available during the applicable period, Earth Care will issue a full refund of the original eligible purchase amount.

If qualifying opportunities were available, the refund request may be denied. Earth Care staff can still assist the applicant with locating, reviewing and applying for suitable opportunities.

To request a review, email:

hr@earthcarebrands.com

Suggested subject:

30-DAY OPPORTUNITY REVIEW – YOUR FULL NAME AND ZIP CODE

Include your payment information, application email, service categories, location and a brief explanation of your request.

Receiving an Opportunity Is Not the Same as Being Hired

Earth Care may connect independent professionals with potential service opportunities. A potential opportunity does not mean that:

  • The professional has already been hired

  • A particular job has been reserved

  • The customer must select the professional

  • The professional must accept the project

  • The project cannot be changed or canceled

  • A specific amount of income is guaranteed

Clients and independent professionals may each decide whether they want to proceed.

An opportunity may still qualify for purposes of an opportunity review even if:

  • The professional declines it

  • The client selects someone else

  • The client changes the requested service

  • The project is postponed or canceled

  • The opportunity is claimed before the professional responds

  • The professional and client cannot agree on scheduling

  • It is a relevant third-party posting rather than an Earth Care customer work order

Why Doesn’t Earth Care Provide a Guaranteed Job Immediately After Payment?

Service opportunities change in real time. Customers may reschedule, cancel, change the scope of work or select a professional based on location, experience, availability and qualifications.

Earth Care cannot truthfully promise that a particular customer or job will remain available before an applicant completes onboarding.

The fee pays for the applicable onboarding, setup, training, platform access and professional resources. It does not purchase a specific job.

Is Earth Care Rent A Tech a Scam?

Earth Care Rent A Tech is an independent-contractor marketplace and home-service platform. It connects qualified independent service providers with potential residential and commercial opportunities.

Earth Care clearly discloses that:

  • Pros participate as independent contractors

  • The onboarding fee does not purchase employment

  • A specific job or amount of income is not guaranteed

  • Customers decide whether to hire a professional

  • Professionals decide whether to accept an opportunity

  • Opportunity availability varies by skill, location and customer demand

  • Eligible applicants may request a 30-day opportunity review

  • Paid applicants can contact Earth Care for account and onboarding assistance

A delayed message, incomplete profile or unavailable opportunity does not automatically mean that a payment was fraudulent. However, Earth Care takes reports of missing instructions, account-access problems and unanswered support requests seriously.

If you paid and believe you did not receive the included services or assistance, contact Earth Care so the account and communication history can be reviewed.

Frequently Asked Questions

I paid Earth Care and received nothing. What should I do?

Check your email and spam folders first. Then call 833-736-8835 or email hr@earthcarebrands.com with your name, application email, ZIP code, payment date and receipt information.

Should I pay again if I cannot access my account?

No. Do not make a second payment just to receive support. Ask Earth Care to locate and review your existing account first.

Does paying Earth Care guarantee me a job?

No. The payment covers the applicable onboarding, platform setup, processing, training, activation and professional resources. It does not purchase a particular job, guaranteed income or employment.

Why haven’t I been contacted about work?

Your profile may be incomplete, your contact information may be inaccurate or there may not be an available opportunity that matches your skills, location, qualifications, availability and travel area. Contact Earth Care for a profile and opportunity review.

What if Earth Care emailed me but the message went to spam?

Add Earth Care’s contact information to your trusted contacts and move the message to your inbox. Then follow the instructions or contact support if the link or next step no longer works.

What if my email address or phone number changed?

Contact Earth Care immediately and provide both the old and new contact information so staff can locate and update your account.

Does completing training guarantee work?

No. Training and profile activation may make a professional eligible for additional opportunity channels, but customer demand, location, qualifications and availability still affect whether work is available.

Does an opportunity guarantee that the customer will hire me?

No. Receiving or responding to an opportunity does not mean that the customer has selected or hired you.

Can a third-party job posting count as an opportunity?

Yes. A relevant third-party posting may count when it reasonably matches the skills, location and travel area selected in the applicant’s original application.

Can I request a refund simply because I changed my mind?

A change of mind alone does not establish eligibility under the opportunity guarantee. Refund reviews are conducted according to Earth Care’s published terms and the opportunities available during the applicable period.

How do I request a refund review?

Email hr@earthcarebrands.com with the subject “30-DAY OPPORTUNITY REVIEW.” Include your name, application email, telephone number, ZIP code, payment date and the services selected on your original application.

What if I previously sent a message and did not receive a response?

Send a new message with the subject “PAID APPLICANT SUPPORT,” include the information needed to locate your account and call 833-736-8835. Messages without identifying account information may be difficult to match with an application.

Can Earth Care provide customer names and addresses before I qualify?

No. Customer information is protected and is not publicly released to unverified applicants. Applicable project information is provided through the appropriate opportunity process.

Is Earth Care an employer?

No. Earth Care presents its Pro program as an independent-contractor marketplace and opportunity network, not guaranteed W-2 employment.

Where can I read the official terms?

Earth Care’s official terms are available at:
