How To Get A Refund For Applicants / Pros
We do offer refunds when no work is available in your area
Earth Care’s ($47, $29, or $27) onboarding, account setup, verification, training, credential-processing, and platform-activation fees are refundable if there is no work in your area
A purchaser’s change of mind, decision not to continue, failure to complete onboarding, personal scheduling conflict, inability or unwillingness to accept available opportunities, or dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference does not create a right to a refund.
Earth Care does not guarantee any particular job, assignment, customer, volume of work, start date, income, or minimum earnings.
Professionals requesting a refund due to a lack of opportunities in their area must submit their request to hr@earthcarebrands.com.
Human Resources will review whether qualifying opportunities were available during the applicant’s initial 30-day period. The review will be based on the service categories, location, and travel area selected in the applicant’s original application.
If no qualifying opportunities were available during that period, Earth Care will issue a full refund of the original purchase amount. If qualifying opportunities were available, the refund request will be denied. In that case, Earth Care staff will offer to assist the applicant in locating and applying for suitable opportunities in their service area.

EARTH CARE PRO PLATFORM TERMS SUPPLEMENT AND MATERIAL DISCLOSURES
This Pro Platform Terms Supplement (“Supplement”) forms part of the Earth Care Rent A Tech Terms of Service and applies to every applicant, activated service provider, technician, contractor, helper, or other individual or business using the Earth Care Pro platform or network (“Pro”).
By submitting an application, activating a Pro account, purchasing an optional platform feature, completing training, or accessing an Earth Care opportunity channel, the Pro acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
1. Nature of the Earth Care Platform
Earth Care operates a service marketplace and communications network that connects independent service providers with potential service opportunities.
When Earth Care receives or identifies a potential service opportunity, Earth Care may broadcast information about that opportunity to multiple eligible Pros. Earth Care does not necessarily assign the opportunity to one particular Pro.
Each Pro independently decides whether to express interest in an opportunity. The client independently decides whether to communicate with, select, or engage a Pro. Either the client or the Pro may decline to proceed.
Receiving, viewing, responding to, or expressing interest in an opportunity does not mean that the Pro has been hired, assigned, selected, or guaranteed the work.
Opportunities may be changed, postponed, withdrawn, cancelled, claimed by another Pro, or declined by the client at any time. Earth Care does not control every client decision, Pro response, market condition, or circumstance affecting whether an engagement is formed.
2. No Guarantee of Work, Earnings, or Income
Earth Care does not guarantee:
-
That any opportunities will be available in a particular city, state, trade, or time period.
-
That a Pro will receive a minimum number of opportunity broadcasts.
-
That responding to an opportunity will result in client contact or selection.
-
That a Pro will begin working within any particular period.
-
That a Pro will earn any particular hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or annual amount.
-
That a Pro will recover the amount of any platform fee through future work.
-
That participation will replace employment or provide full-time, part-time, or continuous income.
Any amount shown in a specific opportunity notice applies only to the scope, conditions, and compensation described in that particular notice. It is not a representation of what the Pro will generally earn through Earth Care.
References to possible hourly or project compensation are not guarantees of net income. A Pro’s actual net income may be affected by taxes, travel, supplies, equipment, insurance, licensing, cancellations, time between engagements, client selection, individual performance, and other business expenses or circumstances.
Unless a specific written work order expressly states otherwise, clients pay Pros directly for their services. Earth Care does not guarantee that every client will perform their obligations and is not responsible for compensation outside any express written payment commitment made by Earth Care.
3. Independent Contractor Relationship
The parties intend that every Pro participate as an independent contractor and not as an employee of Earth Care, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Earth Care does not promise wages, salary, employee benefits, unemployment benefits, workers’ compensation benefits, paid leave, retirement benefits, guaranteed hours, or continuing employment.
Subject to the requirements of a particular accepted engagement, applicable law, client specifications, safety requirements, and Earth Care platform standards, each Pro independently determines:
-
Whether to respond to or accept an opportunity.
-
The days and hours during which the Pro is available.
-
The manner and means by which the Pro performs the service.
-
Which lawful tools, equipment, assistants, or business methods the Pro uses.
-
Whether to provide services through other platforms or directly to other customers.
Nothing prohibits a Pro from operating an independent business, advertising independently, maintaining other employment, or performing services for other companies or clients.
Each Pro is responsible for their own federal, state, and local taxes, business registrations, permits, licenses, insurance, equipment, expenses, and recordkeeping.
The written designation of a relationship does not override laws that determine worker status from the actual facts and degree of control. Nothing in this Supplement waives any right that cannot lawfully be waived. Worker classification depends on the substance of the relationship rather than the label used by the parties.
4. Existing Experience and Nature of the Offering
Earth Care is not marketed as a franchise, distributorship, guaranteed customer-acquisition program, employment placement service, or program that establishes a new trade or business for an inexperienced person.
Earth Care is intended to provide an additional marketplace channel to individuals or businesses already engaged in, experienced with, or demonstrably competent to perform one or more service categories offered through the platform.
By applying, the Pro represents that the Pro:
-
Has prior practical, professional, commercial, or independently verifiable experience in at least one service category selected on the application.
-
Is capable of safely and competently performing the services for which the Pro expresses interest.
-
Has accurately disclosed their experience, qualifications, limitations, licenses, and credentials.
-
Is not relying on Earth Care to teach the Pro a new trade or establish a new business.
-
Understands that Earth Care does not supply a territory, exclusive customer base, guaranteed client list, or guaranteed stream of engagements.
Earth Care may request documentation, references, photographs, credentials, or other information reasonably related to verifying a Pro’s experience.
Materially false information may result in rejection, suspension, or termination of platform access.
5. Required Training and the S.A.F.E.T.E.C.H. Program
Completion of Earth Care’s required orientation and S.A.F.E.T.E.C.H. program is a condition of eligibility for Earth Care first-party opportunity broadcasts.
The program addresses Earth Care’s platform procedures, communications standards, client interaction expectations, safety practices, time management, conflict de-escalation, opportunity acceptance, and other platform requirements.
The S.A.F.E.T.E.C.H. program is an internal Earth Care training and platform-readiness program. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, it is not:
-
A state-issued occupational license.
-
A government certification.
-
An accredited trade-school credential.
-
A substitute for legally required training, permits, licenses, apprenticeships, or professional qualifications.
-
A guarantee that a client will accept the Pro.
-
A guarantee of work, earnings, or income.
A Pro who does not complete the required program will not be eligible for Earth Care first-party opportunities but may retain any separate access expressly identified as available before completion, including applicable community groups or third-party opportunity boards.
Completing training does not create employment, guarantee activation, guarantee client approval, or guarantee opportunity availability.
6. Optional Insurance-Requirement Waiver
Earth Care may require Pros participating in certain first-party opportunities to maintain acceptable third-party liability insurance.
A Pro may satisfy this requirement by providing Earth Care with current proof of qualifying third-party coverage that meets Earth Care’s published requirements. A Pro who provides acceptable proof of coverage does not need to purchase the optional waiver.
As an alternative, Earth Care may offer a paid Insurance-Requirement Waiver.
The waiver means only that Earth Care agrees to waive its requirement that the participating Pro provide proof of third-party insurance for qualifying Earth Care first-party opportunities during the stated waiver period.
The waiver is not insurance
The waiver is not:
-
An insurance policy.
-
Liability insurance.
-
Workers’ compensation insurance.
-
A bond.
-
An indemnity agreement.
-
A damage-protection plan.
-
A promise that Earth Care will defend the Pro.
-
A promise that Earth Care will pay a claim, judgment, repair, replacement, injury, loss, or legal expense.
The Pro remains personally and legally responsible for damage, injury, loss, misconduct, defective work, negligence, legal violations, and other liabilities arising from the Pro’s acts or omissions.
The waiver applies only to qualifying work expressly identified as an Earth Care first-party opportunity. It does not apply to third-party job boards, community-group postings, independently obtained customers, personal projects, or other activities outside qualifying Earth Care first-party engagements.
The waiver is optional. A Pro may avoid paying for it by providing acceptable proof of qualifying third-party insurance before the applicable deadline.
The waiver’s price, duration, effective date, and specific eligibility conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
7. Optional Priority Pass
Priority Pass is an optional paid platform feature that may provide the holder with earlier, prioritized, or specially designated access to selected opportunity broadcasts, as described on the Priority Pass product page.
Priority Pass does not:
-
Assign or reserve an opportunity for the holder.
-
Give the holder an exclusive right to an opportunity.
-
Guarantee that any particular opportunities will be broadcast.
-
Guarantee that the holder will respond first.
-
Guarantee client contact, acceptance, selection, work, or earnings.
-
Override the client’s ability to choose another Pro.
-
Prevent Earth Care from notifying other eligible Pros.
-
create employment or guaranteed placement.
“Priority” refers only to the notification or access benefit expressly described for the feature. It does not mean guaranteed selection.
Priority Pass is optional. A Pro may avoid paying for it by declining the feature and using the standard opportunity channels otherwise available to the Pro’s account.
Priority Pass purchases are governed by the price, duration, activation conditions, and refund terms disclosed on the Priority Pass product page before purchase.
8. Fees and Limited Money-Back Guarantee
All required and optional fees will be identified before the Pro authorizes payment. Earth Care does not impose recurring charges unless the recurring nature of a particular product is separately and clearly disclosed and affirmatively authorized.
Except where expressly provided by a written Earth Care Money-Back Guarantee or required by applicable law, fees are final and nonrefundable after the applicable account setup, identity processing, orientation, training, credential review, platform activation, waiver period, or optional feature has begun or been supplied.
Any Earth Care Money-Back Guarantee is a limited contractual remedy governed by the specific written Guarantee Policy presented to the Pro.
The Money-Back Guarantee does not cover:
-
Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind.
-
Deciding that the platform is no longer personally desirable.
-
Personal financial hardship occurring before or after purchase.
-
Failure to complete orientation or required training.
-
Failure to maintain required qualifications or credentials.
-
Failure to respond to available opportunities.
-
Declining opportunities because of location, scope, schedule, travel, tools, physical requirements, or personal preference.
-
Failure to follow the stated process for claiming the guarantee.
-
Client rejection or selection of a different Pro.
-
Dissatisfaction with the number, frequency, location, type, or timing of opportunities where no specific quantity was guaranteed.
-
Suspension caused by false application information, misconduct, safety violations, or violation of platform rules.
A guarantee claim is available only where the Pro satisfies every eligibility requirement, deadline, participation condition, and documentation requirement clearly stated in the applicable Guarantee Policy.
Nothing in this section limits refunds, remedies, or rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Personal Information and Legitimate Business Use
Earth Care may collect information reasonably necessary to process applications, verify identity, confirm experience and credentials, administer accounts, conduct lawful screening, communicate with Pros, distribute opportunities, prevent fraud, investigate complaints, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, maintain records, protect users, and operate the platform.
Information may include, as applicable:
-
Name and contact information.
-
Service area and availability.
-
Identity-verification information.
-
Business, tax, or credential information.
-
Application responses and work history.
-
Training and platform activity.
-
Communications with Earth Care.
-
Opportunity response and engagement records.
-
Payment and transaction records.
-
Complaint, safety, dispute, and compliance records.
Earth Care may disclose relevant information to service providers, identity-verification providers, background-screening providers, payment processors, professional advisers, government authorities when legally required, and clients when reasonably necessary to evaluate or coordinate a potential engagement.
Earth Care will use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information maintained. No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Earth Care will retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, dispute and fraud prevention, recordkeeping, contract enforcement, legal compliance, and the establishment or defense of legal claims.
More detailed practices are governed by Earth Care’s Privacy Policy. Earth Care will not use this Supplement as a substitute for any separate authorization legally required for a consumer report or background check.
The FTC recommends collecting only information needed for legitimate business purposes, limiting access, protecting retained information, and disposing of it when the legitimate need ends.
10. Testimonials, Reviews, and Individual Experiences
Earth Care will not knowingly create, purchase, publish, or disseminate a fake testimonial or a testimonial that materially misrepresents the individual’s actual experience.
Earth Care will not condition compensation, discounts, benefits, or incentives on a person providing a positive review. Any material connection between Earth Care and the person providing an endorsement will be disclosed when required.
Testimonials describe the experience of the individual providing them. They are not promises that another Pro will receive the same opportunities, earnings, client response, timing, or results.
A testimonial stating a particular amount of earnings, number of jobs, or speed of receiving work must not be understood as representing the typical or generally expected result unless Earth Care possesses adequate supporting evidence.
Earth Care may edit a testimonial for spelling, grammar, formatting, or length only when the edit does not materially change the testimonial’s meaning.
11. Professional Qualifications, Licensing, and Safety
Each Pro is responsible for determining whether a service requires a license, permit, registration, inspection, certification, or other legal authorization in the location where the work will be performed.
A Pro must not accept or perform work that the Pro is not legally authorized, physically capable, properly equipped, or competent to perform.
Earth Care’s acceptance of an application, training completion, account activation, opportunity broadcast, or platform credential is not a determination that the Pro holds every legally required license or qualification.
The Pro is responsible for:
-
Performing services safely and professionally.
-
Following applicable laws, codes, permits, and client requirements.
-
Accurately describing their qualifications.
-
Declining work outside their experience or lawful authority.
-
Using appropriate tools and protective equipment.
-
Reporting material safety incidents or property damage promptly.
-
Maintaining any insurance required by law or not validly waived by Earth Care.
12. No Exclusivity and No Obligation to Accept
The Pro is never required to accept a particular opportunity merely because it was broadcast through Earth Care.
Declining an opportunity does not create an employment-related absence, refusal of assigned work, or resignation. However, Earth Care may use neutral account-management standards relating to responsiveness, professional conduct, safety, accurate availability information, and platform misuse.
Earth Care does not require exclusivity. The Pro may use competing platforms, solicit independent customers, and perform services outside Earth Care, provided the Pro does not misuse confidential client information, impersonate Earth Care, or violate a valid obligation connected to a particular accepted engagement.
13. No Authority to Bind Earth Care
A Pro may not represent that the Pro is an Earth Care employee, officer, agent, partner, franchisee, or authorized representative.
A Pro may not:
-
Sign an agreement on Earth Care’s behalf.
-
Make warranties or guarantees on Earth Care’s behalf.
-
Collect fees represented as being owed to Earth Care unless expressly authorized.
-
Use Earth Care’s name or branding in a manner suggesting employment or ownership.
-
Promise another person guaranteed work, earnings, refunds, or platform acceptance.
Only written statements issued by an authorized Earth Care representative may modify Earth Care’s published fee, guarantee, waiver, or platform terms.
14. Suspension or Termination
Earth Care may reject an application or suspend or terminate access for legitimate platform reasons, including:
-
False or materially incomplete application information.
-
Fraud, theft, threats, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct.
-
Misuse of client or Pro information.
-
Performing work without required legal authorization.
-
Repeated material client complaints.
-
Failure to complete mandatory platform requirements.
-
Misrepresentation of Earth Care’s relationship with the Pro.
-
Attempts to manipulate reviews, opportunity broadcasts, refunds, or payment systems.
-
Other material violations of the Terms of Service.
Suspension or termination does not convert the relationship into employment and does not create a right to future opportunities.
15. Controlling Terms and Nonwaivable Rights
This Supplement is incorporated into Earth Care’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund and Guarantee Policy, Insurance-Requirement Waiver terms, Priority Pass terms, and applicable opportunity-specific documents.
Where a product or opportunity has additional written terms, those terms apply to that particular product or engagement.
No provision should be interpreted to waive a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or to excuse fraud, intentional misrepresentation, or conduct prohibited by applicable law.
16. Uniforms, Badges, and Digital Brand Materials
Earth Care does not require an applicant or Pro to purchase, order, rent, or receive a physical uniform, shirt, badge, identification card, or other branded item as a condition of application, account activation, training completion, or access to the platform.
The only required onboarding charge is the separately disclosed one-time signup fee. No portion of the signup process requires the purchase of physical apparel, badges, equipment, or merchandise from Earth Care or from any vendor designated by Earth Care.
17.Digital files included with signup
The signup fee includes access to digital files that an activated Pro may use to create their own optional Earth Care-branded:
-
Shirt or other professional apparel.
-
Identification badge.
-
Business card.
-
Vehicle sign or other approved professional material.
Earth Care does not ordinarily manufacture or ship physical uniforms or badges to Pros as part of onboarding. No applicant should expect to receive a physical product by mail as a result of paying the signup fee.
The purpose of providing digital files is to allow Pros to create branded materials locally, quickly, and at their own expense without being required to repeatedly purchase physical items from Earth Care.
Use is encouraged but optional
Earth Care encourages Pros to maintain a clean and professional appearance and may recommend the use of an Earth Care-branded shirt or badge because it can help clients recognize the Pro’s connection to the platform.
However, unless a particular client, worksite, safety rule, or applicable law imposes a separate attire or identification requirement:
-
A Pro is not required to create a uniform or badge.
-
A Pro is not required to wear Earth Care-branded clothing.
-
A Pro is not required to display an Earth Care badge at a jobsite.
-
Declining to create or wear branded materials does not, by itself, create an additional fee or cancel the Pro’s platform access.
A client may establish reasonable dress, identification, security, or safety requirements for a particular location. A Pro remains responsible for complying with legally required protective equipment, worksite identification procedures, and safety-related attire.
Permission to create branded materials
During an active and compliant Pro account, Earth Care grants the Pro a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to use the supplied digital files solely to create professional materials for the Pro’s own participation in the Earth Care network.
The Pro may create multiple copies for their own professional use and may reasonably personalize the materials to reflect their name, photograph, service category, contact information, sizing preferences, or professional style, provided that the resulting materials:
-
Remain clean, professional, accurate, and appropriate.
-
Do not materially alter or misuse Earth Care’s name or logos.
-
Do not contain unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, deceptive, or misleading content.
-
Do not imply that the Pro is an Earth Care employee.
-
Do not imply that the Pro is an officer, owner, partner, franchisee, or authorized corporate representative of Earth Care.
-
Do not claim licenses, certifications, insurance, background-check status, or qualifications the Pro does not possess.
-
Do not state or imply that Earth Care guarantees the Pro’s work.
-
Are not sold, licensed, transferred, or distributed to another person.
Earth Care may require the Pro to discontinue or correct a branded item that is misleading, unsafe, unprofessional, inconsistent with these terms, or likely to cause confusion.
Badge limitations
Any badge created from Earth Care’s digital files is an optional platform-identification item only. It is not:
-
A government-issued identification card.
-
A state occupational license.
-
A professional license or certification.
-
Proof of employment by Earth Care.
-
Proof of insurance.
-
Proof of legal authority to enter private property.

A substitute for identification, licensing, security clearance, or credentials required by a client or by law.
A Pro must not use an Earth Care badge to gain unauthorized access, misrepresent their identity, or imply authority they do not possess.
Independent-contractor status
The availability or use of Earth Care-branded materials does not create an employment relationship. A Pro who chooses to wear or display Earth Care branding continues to participate as an independent contractor and not as an Earth Care employee.
The branding identifies the Pro’s participation in the Earth Care marketplace. It does not establish that Earth Care controls the manner and means of the Pro’s work, guarantees the Pro’s services, or employs the Pro.
End of authorization
Upon account termination, suspension involving brand misuse, or written notice from Earth Care, the Pro must stop representing themselves as an active Earth Care Pro and must discontinue any use of Earth Care branding that could lead clients or the public to believe the Pro remains affiliated with the platform.
How the S.A.F.E.T.E.C.H. Qualification Process Works
Earth Care Rent A Tech is an independent-contractor gig platform that connects local service providers with homeowners and businesses seeking help with repairs, maintenance, cleaning, moving, landscaping, and related services.
The purpose of the S.A.F.E.T.E.C.H. process is to help applicants become better prepared, more professional, and more marketable to home-service clients. Many applicants may have practical ability but limited experience with customer communication, safety documentation, professional presentation, scheduling, estimating, or business organization. S.A.F.E.T.E.C.H. is designed to help address those gaps and create a more complete professional profile for each participating pro.
S.A.F.E.T.E.C.H. completion is required before a pro becomes eligible for first-party Earth Care customer opportunities. Third-party opportunity resources, including worker groups and outside job boards, may be available before the full process is completed. Access to either category does not guarantee that work will be available, that a customer will select a particular pro, or that the pro will earn any specific amount.
Disclosures before payment
Applicants first review a recruitment advertisement explaining that Earth Care offers independent-contractor opportunities rather than W-2 employment. Work availability depends on customer demand, location, seasonality, qualifications, scheduling, client preferences, and market conditions.
After applying, applicants complete an orientation before payment. The orientation explains:
-
contractor status;
-
signup costs;
-
qualification requirements;
-
refund policies;
-
first-party and third-party opportunity access;
-
the absence of guaranteed jobs, hours, customers, or earnings.
Applicants should review all disclosures carefully before deciding whether the platform is appropriate for them.
Signup payment options
The standard signup payment is $47 as a one-time payment.
Earth Care may also offer an in-house payment arrangement consisting of:
-
Part 1: $29
-
Part 2: $27
These are alternative payment paths for the same signup process. They are not additional signup fees charged on top of the $47 option.
Before becoming eligible for first-party opportunities, a pro must also provide proof of qualifying outside insurance or elect the separately disclosed optional insurance-requirement waiver. The waiver is not an insurance policy.
Any other required documentation or outside cost, including drug-screen documentation where applicable, is disclosed as part of the qualification process.
What the signup process includes
Applicants receive access to training and professional-development resources covering topics such as:
-
communication and customer service;
-
professionalism;
-
punctuality and time management;
-
safety and risk prevention;
-
eco-conscious work practices;
-
artificial-intelligence tools for tradespeople;
-
pricing, scheduling, and estimating;
-
financial literacy;
-
branding and professional presentation;
-
networking and worker groups;
-
professional templates and business tools.
The training is intended to provide useful skills that may also benefit applicants outside Earth Care.
Qualification paths
Applicants may complete the qualification requirement through one of the available paths.
Phone test path
The phone test is a direct competency assessment based on the training materials. Applicants receive access to a study guide and are evaluated using predetermined acceptable answers.
Applicants may receive explanations for incorrect answers, challenge a result, and retake the assessment without an additional testing fee.
Course path
Applicants may instead complete approved outside courses and submit the required certificates, videos, or other completion evidence.
The available pathway and required documentation may vary depending on the applicant’s circumstances and the current program requirements.
Professional-readiness documentation
Applicants may be asked to submit forms, photographs, videos, confirmations, or other evidence relating to:
-
badge and professional attire;
-
skill walkthroughs;
-
safety practices;
-
available tools and equipment;
-
communication preferences;
-
reliable transportation;
-
mobile-device access;
-
identity and account integrity;
-
authorization to perform accepted services;
-
drug-screen documentation;
-
professional profile information.
These submissions are used to document readiness and build the applicant’s S.A.F.E.T.E.C.H. professional profile.
The requirements are intended to help Earth Care present qualified pros to customers in a professional and organized manner. They are not intended to guarantee that a pro will receive work.
Identity and account-integrity review
Earth Care may conduct an internal identity and account-integrity review to help:
-
identify duplicate accounts;
-
recognize previously separated accounts;
-
prevent platform misuse;
-
investigate reported job-site incidents;
-
maintain accurate records of people receiving private customer information.
This internal review may use information such as a legal name, government-issued identification, contact information, the last four digits of an individual applicant’s Social Security number, or a legitimate business EIN.
This process is not represented as a third-party criminal background check, credit check, E-Verify search, or guarantee of future conduct.
Work-authorization requirement
Applicants must certify that they are currently authorized to perform the independent services they accept.
Earth Care does not intend to prefer one lawful immigration or citizenship category over another. Eligibility is based on the person’s current authorization to perform the work, not nationality, ethnicity, citizenship preference, or permanent-resident status.
Applicants are also responsible for maintaining any license, registration, permit, or other legal qualification required for the specific services they choose to perform.
Drug-screen documentation
Applicants seeking eligibility for first-party opportunities may be required to obtain drug-screen documentation from an acceptable independent provider.
The applicant is responsible for following the disclosed testing requirements and submitting acceptable documentation. Earth Care’s review confirms receipt of the required documentation. It is not a guarantee of permanent future conduct.
Badge and profile creation
Applicants may create or print an Earth Care affiliation badge and submit evidence of appropriate attire, tools, transportation, communication access, and professional readiness.
The badge identifies an affiliation with Earth Care. It is not a government credential, trade license, criminal-background certificate, or guarantee of skill.
After the required submissions are completed, Earth Care creates or completes the pro’s professional profile.
What successful completion provides
Successful completion of the applicable S.A.F.E.T.E.C.H. requirements results in:
-
S.A.F.E.T.E.C.H.-certified status within the Earth Care platform;
-
a completed professional profile;
-
documented qualification materials;
-
eligibility to receive first-party Earth Care customer opportunities.
Successful completion does not guarantee:
-
that a customer opportunity will be available;
-
that a customer will select a particular pro;
-
that the pro will accept an offered opportunity;
-
any minimum number of jobs or hours;
-
any particular weekly, monthly, or annual earnings.
How compensation works
Each first-party opportunity includes job-specific information before acceptance, such as:
-
service type;
-
location;
-
expected service block;
-
compensation offered;
-
start time;
-
customer requirements.
The pay shown for a specific opportunity describes the compensation associated with that opportunity if it is accepted and completed. It does not represent guaranteed platform-wide earnings or guaranteed job frequency.
Customers generally pay the pro directly for the amount disclosed for the completed work. Earth Care does not guarantee how frequently opportunities will become available.
Starting quickly
References to starting quickly or beginning within 24 hours refer to the ability to begin onboarding, training, and reviewing available third-party opportunity resources.
They do not mean that every applicant will receive or complete a paid first-party Earth Care project within 24 hours.
