Still Unhappy? Watch This Video To Learn About Our Refund Polices
Refund Pages don't have to be hard or confusing to understand. These terms effective 1/1/21 and onward Watch this video and let our legal team fill you in on what you need to know when using our website and services. At Earth Care, we believe important information should be accessible, understandable, and inclusive. That’s why our Refund Policies are provided in video format with on-screen captions, instead of just written form.
Presenting our Terms this way helps reduce barriers for people who learn or process information differently. Captions allow individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing to read along, while audio narration assists users who are blind, visually impaired, or who rely on screen-reading technology. For many users, listening to the Terms explained clearly in plain language is easier than reviewing dense legal text alone.
This approach also supports individuals with cognitive or learning differences by breaking down complex information into a more digestible, step-by-step format. By pairing spoken explanations with captions, we aim to improve comprehension and transparency so users better understand what they are agreeing to before moving forward.
While no single format works for everyone, offering the Terms in video with captions is part of Earth Care’s broader commitment to accessibility, clarity, and informed consent. Our goal is not just compliance, but communication—making sure users can access and understand our policies in a way that works best for them.
How To Get A Refund For Clients / Homeowners

We do offer refunds when no work is available in your area
Earth Care’s ($47, $29, or $27) onboarding, account setup, verification, training, credential-processing, and platform-activation fees are refundable if there is no work in your area
A purchaser’s change of mind, decision not to continue, failure to complete onboarding, personal scheduling conflict, inability or unwillingness to accept available opportunities, or dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference does not create a right to a refund.
Earth Care does not guarantee any particular job, assignment, customer, volume of work, start date, income, or minimum earnings.
Professionals requesting a refund due to a lack of opportunities in their area must submit their request to hr@earthcarebrands.com.
Human Resources will review whether qualifying opportunities were available during the applicant’s initial 30-day period. The review will be based on the service categories, location, and travel area selected in the applicant’s original application.
If no qualifying opportunities were available during that period, Earth Care will issue a full refund of the original purchase amount. If qualifying opportunities were available, the refund request will be denied. In that case, Earth Care staff will offer to assist the applicant in locating and applying for suitable opportunities in their service area.

Earth Care Refund Process and Exit Interview Policy
Earth Care Rent A Tech provides this page to explain how refund and money-back guarantee requests are handled, what information may be requested, how prior exit-interview procedures worked, and what applicants are never required to do in exchange for a refund.
Refund eligibility depends on the terms and guarantee presented with the applicable purchase. This page is intended to explain the process clearly and does not reduce any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Current Refund Process
Earth Care reviews refund and money-back guarantee requests according to the policy presented with the applicable purchase. A requester may be asked to provide enough information to locate the correct account and transaction, such as their name, email address, telephone number, Pro ID, payment date, or proof of purchase.
Earth Care may also review relevant account records, including the application, payment confirmation, policy acknowledgment, platform access, onboarding activity, communications, and any guarantee conditions associated with the purchase.
Requesters are not required to provide unrelated personal information or perform unrelated tasks in order for Earth Care to identify and evaluate a request.
Are Exit Interviews Required?
Earth Care does not currently require an exit interview as a condition for submitting a refund or money-back guarantee request.
A requester may still be asked factual questions needed to locate the account, verify the transaction, understand what service was accessed, and determine whether the request qualifies under the applicable policy. These questions are part of the claim review and are not a testimonial or promotional interview.
Why Earth Care Previously Used Exit Interviews
Earth Care previously used an exit-interview process as part of certain applicant refund reviews. The purpose was to identify the purchaser, locate the original application and payment, understand whether the applicant had accessed the services included with the purchase, document the reason for leaving, and collect feedback about the onboarding process.
Earth Care understands that some former applicants experienced this process as lengthy, burdensome, or unrelated to the central question of refund eligibility. The process was reviewed and changed . Under the current procedure, Earth Care limits requests to information reasonably necessary to identify the transaction and evaluate the applicable refund or guarantee conditions.
What Earth Care May Ask You to Provide
Depending on the request, Earth Care may ask for:
-
The purchaser’s name and contact information
-
The RTP or Pro ID number
-
The payment date and amount
-
An order-confirmation email or redacted payment statement
-
The ZIP code, service categories, or travel radius listed on the application
-
Confirmation of which onboarding or platform resources were accessed
-
Information necessary to evaluate the conditions of an applicable written guarantee
-
A brief explanation of the issue or requested resolution
Requesters may redact unrelated transactions, account balances, and most account or card numbers from a statement. Earth Care does not require full card numbers, security codes, banking passwords, or online banking credentials.
What Earth Care Does Not Require
Earth Care does not require a requester to:
-
Record or publish a positive testimonial
-
Submit a five-star review
-
Make a false statement about their experience
-
Remove or change an honest negative review
-
Withdraw a complaint submitted to a government agency, review platform, or financial institution
-
Record a promotional video
-
Recruit another applicant
-
Complete humiliating, unrelated, or promotional tasks
-
Surrender rights that cannot legally be waived
-
Send a full card number, security code, bank password, or login credentials
A person’s refusal to provide a positive review, testimonial, or promotional statement will not be used as a reason to deny an otherwise eligible refund or guarantee claim.
Testimonials, Reviews, and Refund Requests
A refund request and a testimonial request are separate matters.
Earth Care may invite a customer or professional to provide voluntary feedback about their experience. The person may decline. Feedback does not have to be positive, and declining to provide a testimonial does not make an otherwise eligible refund request ineligible.
Earth Care does not authorize employees or representatives to write a testimonial for another person, tell a person to describe an experience that did not occur, or condition an available refund on publishing promotional content.
When Earth Care publishes a testimonial, it should reflect the person’s genuine experience. Minor editing for spelling, formatting, or length must not materially change what the person communicated.
