Optional Insurance Requirement Waiver
This waiver is not insurance and is not a substitute for insurance. Earth Care does not provide insurance coverage, assume the Pro’s liability, pay claims, reimburse losses, defend the Pro, or compensate the Pro or customer for property damage, personal injury, or any other loss.
By purchasing this optional waiver, the Pro asks Earth Care to waive Earth Care’s internal requirement that the Pro provide proof of third-party liability insurance for eligible customer assignments routed directly through Earth Care.
The Pro remains personally responsible for the Pro’s work and for any property damage, personal injury, loss, claim, expense, or other liability caused by or arising from that work.
This waiver applies only to Earth Care’s internal insurance-verification requirement for eligible assignments routed directly through Earth Care. It does not apply to work obtained independently, through third-party job boards, through worker groups, from another company, or from any other source.
This waiver does not waive or replace any insurance, license, bond, permit, certification, or other requirement imposed by federal, state, or local law, a licensing authority, a customer, or the requirements of a particular project.
Purchasing the waiver is optional. A Pro may avoid the waiver fee by submitting acceptable proof of existing third-party insurance. Earth Care accepts qualifying coverage from third-party insurance providers and does not give assignment priority based on whether the Pro purchases this waiver or submits proof of independent insurance.
Purchasing this waiver does not guarantee assignments, customer selection, earnings, or eligibility for every category of work.
