To get started you need to order your uniform and complete training, The link to access the training portal can be found in your order confirmation.

The Pro Pack includes a badge, uniform, and patch and is everything you need to get started where the badge is just a badge. You can start training with a badge but you will eventually need to upgrade to the pro pack In order to test or work. The badge option is great for those looking to save money by splitting the startup fee into two separate payments of $19 and $27. If you need to upgrade from the badge to the pro pack please email hr for the pro rated link

Most pros start getting jobs within 24 48 hours of onboarding. Its not for everyone. But if you're ready for steady work and real payouts, Earth Care was built for you.

The access fee is not a job placement fee. It covers use of our platform, marketing exposure, and contractor support resources. Contractors remain free to work with other platforms, find their own clients, and are under no obligation to accept any work opportunities.”

Payment of the access fee does not guarantee a specific number of jobs or earnings. You are joining a marketplace as an independent contractor where opportunities depend on client demand and your acceptance of available work.

The uniform pack is simply part of the one-time sign-up fee, and wearing it is completely optional—you are free to use your own work attire, display your own company logo, and build your personal brand while taking Earth Care jobs. Our goal is to give you every tool you need to succeed, so the Earth Care shirt, badge, and patch are there only if you want an easy way to look polished and professional in front of clients; if you prefer your own gear, go for it, and we’ll still back you with the same opportunities and support.
