Important Signup Fee Disclosure
The Earth Care Pro signup fee is a one-time, upfront fee required to activate an Earth Care Pro account. It covers account setup, application and credential processing, onboarding, orientation, access setup, and platform activation. It is not a subscription, and Earth Care does not charge a recurring membership fee unless the Pro separately purchases a product that expressly includes recurring billing.
The signup fee pays for the activation and onboarding services described above. It is not a payment for a job, an employment placement fee, or a guarantee of work, assignments, customers, income, or earnings.
Earth Care operates as a marketplace and routing platform. Pros are independent contractors and are not employees of Earth Care. Customers remain free to accept or reject a Pro, request another Pro, cancel a project, or decide not to proceed. The number, type, location, timing, and availability of opportunities may vary based on customer demand, project requirements, geographic coverage, a Pro’s availability and qualifications, and other factors outside Earth Care’s control.
Payment of the signup fee does not guarantee that a Pro will be selected for any particular assignment, receive a particular number of opportunities, begin working within a specific period, or earn any particular amount.
